Effective date: October 9, 2026
This policy explains what information insidebingo.com (“InsideBingo”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell anything, and we don’t use advertising cookies.
What we don’t collect
- No accounts. You can’t sign up or log in on InsideBingo, so we hold no usernames, passwords or profiles.
- No payments. We don’t sell anything and never ask for payment details.
- No advertising cookies. We currently don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.
Settings stored in your browser
Our free tools, such as the bingo caller and card generator, may save your settings and progress (for example, called numbers, card options or voice preferences) in your browser’s localStorage.
- This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us.
- You can delete it at any time by clearing site data for insidebingo.com in your browser settings.
- If your browser blocks storage, the tools still work but won’t remember your settings.
Hosting and server logs
InsideBingo is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This information is handled under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We use it only to keep the site running and secure, and we don’t use it to identify individual visitors.
Analytics
We don’t currently run analytics software that profiles visitors. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this page before or when it goes live, describe what is collected and prefer privacy-friendly tools that don’t use advertising cookies.
If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, handle corrections or respond to press requests. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share your email with anyone, unless the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to regulators, help organizations and other sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your data.
Children
InsideBingo is a general information site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under state privacy laws such as California’s, you may have rights to know, access or delete personal information a business holds about you. Because we don’t keep accounts or visitor profiles, we usually hold nothing beyond emails you send us. To ask about or delete any such information, email [email protected].
Future changes
If we add advertising, affiliate links or analytics, or change how we handle data, we’ll update this policy and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted on our About page.
