Free Bingo Card Generator: Print Custom Bingo Cards

Quick answer

Our free bingo card generator makes up to 100 printable cards at once. Pick 75-ball number cards, UK 90-ball tickets, word bingo (3×3, 4×4 or 5×5) or blank grids, add a title and free space, then print 1, 2 or 4 cards per US Letter page. Every card gets an ID so you can check a winner.

Every card shows an ID like START-001. Enter the same set code with the same settings to rebuild the exact same cards and check a winner.

How do I use the bingo card generator?

Set your options, check the live preview, then print. The whole thing runs in your browser, so it works offline once the page has loaded and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

  1. Choose a card type. Pick 75-ball number cards, 90-ball tickets, word bingo or blank cards. For word and blank cards, also choose a 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 grid.
  2. Set the quantity and layout. Enter how many cards you need (1 to 100) and how many to print on each US Letter page: 1, 2 or 4 (90-ball tickets print 3 or 6 per page).
  3. Personalize the cards. Type a title, pick a header color and turn the free space on or off. For word bingo, paste or type your words, one per line.
  4. Print the cards and calling sheet. Press Print to print the cards or save them as a PDF, then press Print calling sheet for the host’s checklist.
  5. Keep the set code. Write down the set code. Entering it again with the same settings rebuilds identical cards, so you can verify a winning card by its ID.

Which kind of bingo card should I make?

Match the card to the game you plan to call. If you're not sure, the standard US 75-ball card is the one most players know.

Card typeLayoutBest for
75-ball numbers5×5, B-I-N-G-O columns, 24 numbers + free spaceClassic US games, church and VFW halls, family game night
90-ball tickets9 columns × 3 rows, 15 numbers, 5 per rowUK-style games with one line, two lines and full house
Word bingo3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 with your own wordsShowers, holidays, classrooms, team events
Blank cardsEmpty grids, optional free spaceFill-your-own games, U-Pick-'Em, kids drawing pictures

Our 75-ball cards follow the official column ranges: B 1–15, I 16–30, N 31–45, G 46–60 and O 61–75, with no number repeated on a card. The 90-ball tickets are built in strips of six, the way UK halls sell them: across a full strip, every number from 1 to 90 appears exactly once, so a player holding a strip marks a number on every call. Learn the rules for each in our guides to 75-ball bingo and how to play bingo.

For word bingo, a longer list gives more varied cards. A 5×5 card uses 24 words, so a list of 24 makes every card hold the same words in different spots. With 40 or more, players hold noticeably different cards and the game lasts a little longer. Want a ready-made list? Our printable bingo cards include themed sets such as baby shower bingo and Christmas bingo.

How do I get the cards to print cleanly?

Press the Print button rather than printing the whole web page. The generator sends only the cards to the printer, with no menus or ads, sized for US Letter paper.

  • 1 per page prints a large card (about 7 inches wide), good for seniors and low vision.
  • 2 per page switches to landscape so both cards stay big.
  • 4 per page saves paper and fits a standard game night.
  • Set scale to 100% (or "Default") in the print dialog, and turn on "Background graphics" if the colored header letters print white.
  • Card stock (65–110 lb) holds up to daubers and repeated games; slip plain paper cards into sheet protectors and use dry-erase markers to reuse them.

The calling sheet prints a checklist for the host: a 1–75 board for number games, a 1–90 board for 90-ball, or the full word list in alphabetical order for word bingo. You can also skip paper calling entirely and use our online bingo caller on a laptop or TV.

How do card IDs and set codes work?

Every card is printed with an ID such as K7Q2M-014. The first part is the set code; the number is the card's position in the set.

Cards are generated from that code, so typing the same code with the same settings rebuilds exactly the same cards. When someone shouts "Bingo!", read their card ID, rebuild the set, and compare. Press New set of cards any time you want a fresh, different batch.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make my own bingo cards for free?

Choose a card type in the generator above, set how many cards you need and how many go on each page, type a title, then press Print. Your browser prints them or saves them as a PDF. Nothing to download and no account needed.

Are the generated bingo cards all different?

Yes. Each card is shuffled separately from a random set code, and a 75-ball card can be arranged in more than 552 septillion ways, so repeats are practically impossible. Word cards vary as long as your list is longer than the squares on a card.

How many words do I need for word bingo?

A 5×5 card with a free space needs at least 24 words, a 4×4 card needs 16 and a 3×3 card with a free space needs 8. For variety, use 35 to 50 words on a 5×5 card so no two players share most of their squares.

What numbers go in each column of a bingo card?

On a US 75-ball card, B holds 1 to 15, I holds 16 to 30, N holds 31 to 45, G holds 46 to 60 and O holds 61 to 75. The N column has only four numbers because the center is the free space.

Can I save the cards as a PDF instead of printing?

Yes. Press Print, then choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer. The PDF keeps the same layout, so you can email it or print it later.
