Quick answer
You can play free bingo online right here, with no download, account or money. Choose 1 to 4 cards, a pattern and how many computer players are in the room, then press Start. Balls are called automatically. Daub each called number on your card and press BINGO before another player beats you to it.

Your chance of winning this game: 6.5% (2 of 31 cards). Every card has the same odds.
How do you play bingo online here?
It plays like a real 75-ball game in an American bingo hall, with computer players filling the other seats.
- Choose your settings. Pick 1 to 4 cards, the pattern to play, the room size and the calling speed. Turn on auto-daub or voice if you like.
- Start the game. Press Start game. A new ball is called every few seconds and shown at the top with the last five calls.
- Daub your numbers. Tap each called number on your cards. Squares outlined with a dashed pink border are part of the pattern.
- Call bingo. When your pattern is complete, press BINGO! or the B key straight away, before a computer player calls it first.
- Play again. See who won and on which ball, then press Play again for a new set of cards.
New to the game? Our guide to how to play bingo covers the card, the calls and the etiquette. Each card has the classic layout: B holds 1 to 15, I 16 to 30, N 31 to 45, G 46 to 60 and O 61 to 75, with a free space in the middle. Read more in 75-ball bingo explained.
Which patterns can you play?
Six patterns are built in, from quick games to long ones:
- Any line: a full row, column or diagonal. The fastest game.
- Four corners: just the four corner squares.
- Postage stamp: a 2×2 block in any corner.
- Letter X: both diagonals through the free space.
- Picture frame: all 16 squares around the edge.
- Blackout: every square on the card. The longest game.
Halls play dozens more. Browse them all in our bingo patterns library.
What are your odds of winning?
Your chance is your cards divided by all the cards in the room. The setup screen shows the exact figure before you start. Two cards against 29 other players gives you 2 out of 31 cards, about a 6.5% chance per game.
More cards raise your chance, but they're harder to keep up with, especially at the fast speed. In a busy room, the first winner usually comes early, and it's more often a row than a column. That's the Bingo Paradox, explained with the rest of the math in our odds guide. To decide how many cards suits you, see how many bingo cards to play.
What about real-money online bingo?
This game is free and for fun only. Real-money online bingo is licensed in only a handful of US states, and many "win cash" bingo apps are skill-based or sweepstakes games with their own rules and risks. Our online bingo guide explains what's legal, and are bingo apps legit? covers the warning signs.

Frequently asked questions
Is this online bingo game really free?
Yes. The game runs in your browser with no download, sign-up or payment. You play for fun only, so there are no cash prizes.
Can I win real money playing this bingo game?
No. This is a free practice game with no money involved. Real-money online bingo is legal in only a few US states, and our online bingo guide explains what is and isn’t allowed where you live.
Are the computer players more likely to win?
No. Every card in the room, yours and theirs, is randomly generated and has the same chance. With 2 cards in a room of 31 cards, you should win about 1 game in 15 or 16 over time.
Why did another player win when I had bingo too?
In bingo you have to call it to win it. Computer players shout a couple of seconds after they complete the pattern. If you had the pattern but didn’t press BINGO first, that’s a "sleeper", and halls don’t pay a bingo that wasn’t called.
Can I play bingo online with friends?
This game is single-player. To play with friends over video chat, use our online bingo caller with printable or emailed cards. Our guide to virtual bingo on Zoom walks through the setup.
